As a part of a chemical agent field analysis van at the Soviet Army level, the kit was used to test for concentrations of chemical warfare agents in water, however it could be used to test both soil and air as well.
The kit included quite a few chemicals, some of which were very dangerous, such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, mercurous iodide, sodium hydroxide, ammonia, chloroform, pyridine, and bezidine.
We just want to let you know how helpful HazmasterG3 was during this process. As you might imagine, a project like this can be very overwhelming and dangerous, but the Hazmaster enabled us to break the project up into small sections by immediately identifying substances as corrosive, flammables, poisons etc. We were also able to do much of the research on the specific substances, which otherwise would have taken many additional days of research.
