Release 11.0 Adds Additional Homemade Explosives, IED and Precursors Capabilities

Posted by on Sunday, August 05, 2007 (PST)

HazMasterG3 extends its IED neutralize and defeat capabilities with improvised trigger component ID for nearly 10,000 components and other key capabilities addressing home made explosives (HME) and precursors.

Castro Valley, CA. August 6, 2007 –  Alluviam LLC today released version 11.0 of HazMasterG3®, adding key Improvised Explosive Device (IED) neutralize and defeat capabilities to HazMasterG3®’s already extensive set of CBRNE/IED decision support capabilities.  Additional situational awareness for precursors for the production of home made explosives (HME), chemical warfare agents, narcotics, in addition to typical industrial uses and processes where these agents may be legitimately encountered is now available within the system.  With the addition of improvised trigger component identification and other specialized tools related to home made explosives and triggering devices, HazMasterG3® has been described as making post-blast investigation “almost CSI-like.”  Among federal agencies and leading bomb squads, like NYPD’s Arson Bomb Squad, HazMasterG3® is the system of choice; having replaced legacy systems that are ill-suited to today’s demanding operational requirements.

HAZMAT responder’s will also appreciate the updated government published, peer reviewed data found in this release of the system, along with additional Tier 2 facility capabilities, transportation hazard advisories, and the addition of new user-customizable reporting features.  Protective clothing advisories have also been enhanced with protective clothing from several additional suppliers, complementing the system’s already extensive database of protective clothing.

No other system available today matches the comprehensive analytical tools or extensive response capabilities for 118,000+ CBRNE/IED agents and trade names, in an extremely fast and easy to use package.  Alluviam’s flagship product, HazMasterG3® continues to be the system of choice with operational units in harms way – both civilian and military.  Its patent-pending threat identification, advanced IED and radiological capabilities help HazMasterG3® continue to define the state-of-the art in CBRNE/IED decision support systems.  Version 11.0 is available now directly from Alluviam LLC, qualified resellers, and GSA contract GS-07F-9148S (Schedule 84).
