Advanced Decontamination Guidance Now Available in New HazMasterG3 Version 21

Advanced decontamination and neutralization guidance for over 10,000 materials and tradenames, an expanded ordnance database and additional home made explosives precursors (HME) are just some of the new capabilities found in version 21 of Alluviam’s HazMasterG3 CBRNE/HME decision support system.  From opioid contamination to the intentional use of chemical warfare agents in Syria, fast access to the most up-to-date, trusted decontamination guidance is key to saving lives.  HazMasterG3 now provides extensive decontamination guidance for a broad array of CBRNE agents – from fentanyl to sarin and VX.  HazMasterG3 is the only available “app” that can do this and much more on a broad range of mobile devices without requiring any internet access – critical when internet access is not available available or overloaded.

Key to understanding how to appropriately decontaminate victims and critical infrastructure depends upon identification of the materials involved.  HazMasterG3 includes patented capabilities to virtually mix precursors to model formulation outcomes, to help identify what could be made from a suspicious set of chemicals, its chemical reactions, hazardous gas by-products, etc.  This can now be done in real-time on several leading chemical detectors like ThermoFisher Scientific’s Gemini detector, now available with HazMasterG3 on-board.  Gemini is the industry’s first integrated Raman and FTIR spectrometer that can identify a broad range of unknown chemicals and explosives quickly and safely.

Addressing the ongoing terrorist use of Home Made Explosives (HME), this release includes additional HME formulations the system can identify, along with hundreds of additional pieces of ordnance – both former Warsaw Pact and ISIS improvised munitions can be quickly identified within the system.  Safely disposing of ordnance has been enhanced in this release by integrating identified ordnance directly into disposal calculations performed by EOD personnel.  HazMasterG3 is the only available app that can perform a broad range of ordnance identification on a mobile device without requiring any internet or other remote access.

New reporting capabilities in the system provide detailed guidance both up and down the chain of command, with reports saved on the device for sharing with others whenever connectivity is available.  All this, and much more is available now in HazMasterG3, the only mobile CBRNE/HME decision support system to have earned the Department of Homeland Security’s certification as an approved product for homeland security.
