HazMasterG3 New Release Enhances HME, Energetics, Ordnance and Cross Sensitivity Tools
Adapting to changing threats, Alluviam’s recently released HazMasterG3 version 23 adds additional Home Made Explosive (HME) formulations and analytics to meet to the evolving threat posed by rogue nation-state actors and other terrorist groups. This builds on HazMasterG3’s already market-leading HME decision support capabilities. In use at national and international HME training centers for over 10 years, HazMasterG3 has a proven track record of providing key insights into the identification of HME and is deployed with civilian bomb squads and military EOD teams globally. Related to this, version 23 adds updated methodologies to match the guidance found in the second edition of “Practical Military Ordnance Identification”, by Tom Gersbeck.
Recognizing the threats posed by hidden gases that may be present in many hazardous environments, this release also extends its advanced cross-sensitivity analysis tools to Drager’s X-am5600 and X-am 8000 detectors, and also enhances the fidelity of cross-sensitivity analysis for a range of Honeywell (RAE Systems) electro-chemical gas sensors. HazMasterG3 is the only CBRNE/HME decision support system that can provide “what does that mean” cross sensitivity analysis for a broad range of electro-chemical sensors from a range of manufacturers to help identify the likelihood that “hidden” gases and other sensitivity hazards that may be present in on scene.
Building on HazMasterG3's already market-leading Home Made Explosives (HME) analytics, we’ve incorporated additional HME formulations the system can identify and production yields that can be estimated. In conjunction with the FBI, we’ve also built an advanced energetics setup decision aid into the system, for use in tactical scenarios (for authorized users only). During critical incidents involving explosive devices, this tool can quickly assist in determining the best objective tool selection and setup to maximize the chances of mission success.
Updated life, health and safety guidance has also been incorporated into the system, along with the addition of over 300 additional materials and tradenames, including guidance on Novichok agents. More information on HazMasterG3 can be found at www.alluviam.com.
