HazMasterG3® New Release Extends Lead in Home Made Explosives and CBRNE Decision Support

28-Jun-2009

Alluviam today released HazMasterG3® version 13, with over 130,000+ CBRNE agents and trade names, key new Home Made Explosives (HME) capabilities, and support for Research In Motion’s (RIM) BlackBerry platform – the only mobile CBRNE / IED / HME decision support system to provide full capability and interoperability on the BlackBerry.  With the addition of advanced sensitive site exploitation capabilities, including clandestine lab identification tools, expanded improvised trigger identification capabilities and RC-IED threat range calculators, HazMasterG3® provides unprecedented capabilities to military units, federal, state and local authorities.  Affirming HazMasterG3®’s unmatched capabilities are recent deployments by several US Military Joint Programs in response to validated urgent operational needs requirements to support U.S. and Multi-National Forces in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

Recently deployed with the US Army's V Corps, HazMasterG3® delivers next-generation capability to conduct dismounted CBRNE reconnaissance.  HazMasterG3® provides critical situational awareness for sensitive site exploitation, presumptive identification of a broad range of CBRNE hazards, home made explosives (HME) identification, processing and disposal and tactical force protection capabilities.  HazMasterG3® delivers these capabilities in a small handheld package, meeting the urgent operational needs stated by the Corps and previously unavailable during dismounted operations.

Concurrently, HazMasterG3® has become a key component of joint DOD/DOJ sponsored advanced HME training for military and civilian technicians.  HazMasterG3® provides analytical tools, key information and critical threat identification capabilities, integrated into a fast, easy-to-use handheld solution, critical for the identification, processing and disposal of HME.   “We take a lot of pride knowing that operators forward deployed within Iraq and Afghanistan have been able to leverage the system to prosecute complex HME and CBRNE threats,” stated Chris Miguel, Alluviam’s CEO.  HazMasterG3® has become the preferred CBRNE/IED/HME decision support system of choice for arson/bomb squads throughout the US, and supports Homeland Security Presidential Directive 19 for the prevention, detection and response to the terrorist use of explosives in the United States.
