HazMasterG3 Release Adds New Materials, Updated Guidance and Enhanced Tools

22-Sep-2021

Today Alluviam is pleased to announce the release of Version 25 of HazMasterG3, its flagship decision support system.  New capabilities include enhanced Advanced Life Support (ALS) protocols for many chemicals, integration of the latest FBI tools and techniques into HazMasterG3’s Energetics Tool, and enhanced algorithms for assessing the viability of on-scene emergency gross decontamination for a wide array of materials.

The addition of comprehensive embedded, context sensitive help throughout the system also reduces the training burden for emergency responders.  With detailed guidance and insights on how to use every facet of the system only a tap away, the most comprehensive CBRNE/HME decision support system also becomes the easiest one to master.

Bomb technicians also benefit from the new release of the system, both when responding to incidents involving ordnance and when attempting to determine the best techniques to render safe a broad range of explosive hazards.  Version 25 of HazMasterG3 integrates the latest guidance found in Tom Gersbeck’s recently updated Practical Military Ordnance Identification book.  For FBI authorized bomb disposal teams, this release of HazMasterG3 integrates new advanced energetic render safe capabilities into the system.

With last week's 20th anniversary of the tragic events of September 11th, 2001, we'd also like to recap a few of HazMasterG3's milestones since its commercial release in 2003:

  • First (and most comprehensive) mobile CBRNE/HME decision support system available.
  • First mobile system supporting comprehensive presumptive ID for unknown chemicals.  Multiple patents for advancing the state-of-the-art, are embedded in HazMasterG3.
  • Only system available that provides an integrated capability to mix materials to model worst-case chemical reactions, gas by-products, precursor outcomes and HME formulations.
  • First (and only) CBRNE/HME decision support system deployed to training centers of excellence both in the US and NATO.
  • First (and only) CBRNE/HME decision support system supporting comprehensive presumptive ID for a broad range of radiological isotopes.

We salute the many people, both military and civilian that have dedicated the last twenty years to the fight against radical extremism.
