PAN Setup Tool Upgraded with Latest FBI Guidance

The PAN™ Setup tool is the result of a cooperative effort between the FBI-DHS RAPID Program and Alluviam LLC, who created the app for use at no cost by public safety bomb technicians. This version of the app includes key operational enhancements, including additional setup illustrations, tactical setup checklists, additional threat targets, and other new information for specialized target defeat. These new additions help assure proper tactical configuration of the PAN for a successful shot.
HazMasterG3, Alluviam's DHS Safety Act Approved comprehensive CBRNE/HME decision support system also has an Energetics Toolbox integrated in it, which builds upon the PAN Setup tool to support a much broader target taxonmy and a selection of available beyond just the PAN, along with many other specialized calculators and advanced analytics for tactical field use for a wide range of CBRNE/HME scenarios.
The stand-alone PAN™ Setup app is available within the Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal (LEEP), FBI CIEDU Special Interest Group. NOTE: LEEP logon is required to access this link.
