HazMasterG3 Version 27 now available

Alluviam is pleased to announce the release of HazMasterG3 Version 27, now available for download at alluviam.com at no cost to registered users with valid support plans.  Version 27 delivers a major refresh of the user interface on MS-Windows integrating a contemporary user interface while preserving the training and skills you've learned while using this system.

This release adds the following capabilities:

General

  1. Updated to ERG-2024.  Note that Chemical Warfare Agents (CWAs) and other dual-use agents were removed from the ERG2024.  We've add them back in and modified the logic of their IIZ to reflect the most conservative value between the distances discussed in the terrorist use section of the ERG, and the prior agent modelling performed by ANL.
  2. Updated FirstAid reachback destinations for a broad range of chem/bio agents.
  3. Added FPS<-->MPS velocity calculations in the Conversion Calculator.  Useful for certain energetics, ballistics and projectile calculations.
  4. Fixed an issue where user-specific decon procedures would not open when present.
  5. Fixed a subtle issue when cross correlating S&S and Discovery results that was introduced in V24.

HME/Explosives/Blast Related

  1. Added additional RE factor for several HMEs, including R-Salt
  2. Updated Yield Calculations for R-Salt
  3. Updated FBI STB references for all RSP targets (~695 targets impacted)
  4. Ordnance ID expanded with additional photos - now over 13,000.
  5. Fixed an Energetics Tool/loads issue when migrating to a new release.  Verify Energetics tools/loads configurations when updating versions.
  6. Retired the X-Ray Calculator, as digital X-rays and XTK have replaced this.  Should anyone need this functionality, contact us for a special distribution.
  7. Removed Royal Arms Ammo/Targets tool.  Anyone needing this, pls contact us.
  8. Minor fix for the HydroSphere, reference document is STB 2020-5.
  9. Enhanced order of precedence for dozens of energetics tools, in coordination w/ FBI.

Chemical Related

  1. Updated absorbent incompatibilities for a broad range of materials.
  2. Updated Multi-RAE Pro to include optional Sulfur Dioxide Electro-chemical sensor.
  3. Updated Discovery attributes for many materials to better identify materials in industrial settings that may release hazardous fumes or vapors.
  4. See comments regarding ERG-2024, above.
  5. Added Kappler DuraChem200/500 PPE to the system.  Note where the same chemical was tested at various concentration levels, we use the lowest breakthrough time of those tested.
  6. 6) Added Blackline Safety G7c, G7x & G7 EXO detectors to the system.

BIO Related

  1. Updated first aid guidance for COVID-19 and several other bio-agents.
